Gladwords is an online marketing consultancy specializing in Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising, commonly referred to as ‘paid search marketing’.

We are based in Alderney and have clients throughout the Channel Islands and Hampshire, even as far as the Highlands in Scotland.  We manage advertising campaigns for both local services and the worldwide exports.

We strongly believe in accountability.  It would be painfully obvious to any of our customers if our service did not produce results.

Thankfully, it does!  We are currently managing an online advertising budget of around £1.1 million per year, generating over £7 million of revenue for our customers through e-commerce.

About Online Advertising

Online advertising is HUGE. It is also very complex. It takes a big time commitment to learn how it all works and to keep on top of it.

For some of our customers, e-commerce is the single biggest source of revenue. For others, it is the only source.

If e-commerce contributes significantly to your income (or has the potential to), I’m going to suggest that you can’t afford to fumble around with things like Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising.

Whatever you do, please don’t assume that you can save money by managing your own online advertising campaign if you don’t have an expert on board to help. That’s a false economy.

The majority of online advertising is incredibly measurable. Through using various metrics such as Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and good old-fashioned profit, it is pretty obvious to our clients that we are performing.

Google’s paid search platform is called Google Adwords. This is probably your biggest online advertising concern and it is what we specialise in. Facebook advertising has awesome potential and is growing fast.  It suits some businesses perfectly.  Yahoo Search Marketing and Bing are quite small by comparison but we can help with those too.
